Several Options Available in Desert Mountain's Exclusive Cintarosa Ranch
Desert Mountain's newest high desert neighborhood offers several home buying options at one of this upscale community's highest elevations.
Cintarosa Ranch, which is situated at elevations ranging from 3,100 to 3,800 feet, offers 21 home sites from one-half to more than five acres. The location is cradled in the rugged contours of north Scottsdale's Continental Mountains with unusual views of the surrounding mountains and the Valley beyond. The area consists of canyons, ridges and plateaus, and is bisected by game trails for desert wildlife.
Buyers have the option of purchasing a home site on which to build a custom home or building one of three customized floor plans designed for the particular site.
The floor plans, named Plateau, Hillside and Ridge, range from4,685 to 5,473 square feet. All three plans have been built as models. The Ridge model, which is the largest, was recently sold fully-furnished. The other two models, one of which is also furnished, are available for purchase as well.
"Architecturally, these homes are reminiscent of the territorial ranch style found in Arizona more
than a century ago," says Brian O'Neill, president of Desert Mountain Real Estate. "Covered porches and verandas, deep-set windows, hand-hewn timbers and copper details are some of the custom features of these homes."
Others custom finishes include imported marbles, stone, granite, hardwoods such as walnut, wormy oak and mesquite, and furniture quality cabinetry. Each floor plan includes an infinity pool and spa, large covered patios and barbecue areas.
The purchase of a home or home site includes a Deferred Equity Membership in the Desert Mountain Club, which counts six world-renowned Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses and six award-winning themed clubhouses with a variety of dining experiences and acclaimed golf shops among its amenities.
