NABA Holds Annual Meeting
Northern Arizona Building Association's (NABA) annual meeting featured keynote speaker Elliot Eisenberg, senior economist of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Washington, D.C.
Eisenberg holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in economics with first class honors from McGill University as well as a master of public administration degree and a Ph.D. in public administration from Syracuse University. Eisenberg is a frequent public speaker on numerous housing and housing related topics including the economic impact of homebuilding, the unintended consequences of government regulations on house prices, residential fire safety and how to reduce risk and boost profits using financial derivatives.
Mountain Country Hosts Safety Seminar
Mountain Country Builders, a full service contractor in Flagstaff, Ariz., hosted NABA's "It Won't Happen to Me" safety seminar. The seminar informed attendees on how to setup and execute a company safety program. Randall Sealover, with Mountain Country Builders, led the seminar.
Mountain Country Builders has been a full service contractor in Northern Arizona for over 20 years and specializes in kitchen, bath, deck and house renovations.
Annual Christmas Party Announced
NABA will host its annual Christmas party for its members in December. The Christmas and CanBuild Cocktail Party will be held Saturday, Dec. 6 at Jotini's on the Green at the Continental Country Club in Flagstaff, Ariz. Jotini's on the Green features casual, family dining and a lively sports bar.
